Agyrém, még próbáltak lebeszélni a digitális bejelentésröl, mert az átálláskor elírták a nevünket és nem tudják módosítani. Most Kovécsné néven vagyunk a rendszerünkben.
Brainstorming, they were still trying to discourage me from digital filing because they spelled out our name during the transition and couldn’t change it. We are now in our system as Kovécsné.

Dabason lakom, dolgoztam este , de elment az áram , nem jöttem rá miért mert a másik oldalt volt áram a falúba(szőlös) , este 20:40kor hívtam a hiba bejelentést , és 3 perc alatt megtudtam, hogy trafó hiba volt. Nagyon kedves volt az ügyfélszolgálatos kolléga, így megnyugodtam, nem zárlat van , és a problémát elkezdték orvosolni.
I live in Dabas, I worked in the evening, but the power went out, I didn't figure out why there was electricity in the village on the other side (vineyard), I called the bug report at 20:40 in the evening and found out in 3 minutes that it was a transformer bug. The customer service colleague was very kind so I was reassured there was no short circuit and the problem was started to be fixed.

Nagyon kedvesek az ügyintézők, de nem tudnak ügyet intézni, mert nem látnak rá a szerződésekre, amióta az EON-ba beolvadtak. Az nem derült ki, hogy akkor miért ülnek ott? Menjek ki Érdre, javasolták. Kimentem Érdre, ahol nem volt egyetlen ügyfél sem, de mégsem engedtek be, szigorúan csak időpont foglalásra. Ami egyébként nincs feltüntetve az amúgy is kaotikus honlapjukon.
The clerks are very nice, but they can’t handle a case because they haven’t seen the contracts since they merged into EON. It wasn't clear why they were sitting there then? Go out to Érd, they suggested. I went out to Érd, where there were no customers, but they still didn't let me in, strictly for booking an appointment. What is not listed anyway on their already chaotic website.

Kb másfél órával zárás előtt az ügyfélszolgálat annak ellenére hogy, a 4 alkalmazott ebből 1 vezetőnek bemutatkozó hölgy plusz a biztonsági szolgálat tartózkodott az Elmű irodájában, és vicceket meséltek egymásnak. Flegmán közölték hogy, előjegyzés szükséges. ( mégegyszer megjegyzem ÜRES ügyfélszolgálat !! ) Szégyen ! De ezt a hozzáállást már több ismerősöm is tapasztalta ebben a ügyfélszolgálaton . Felháborító. !! A munkájukhoz való hozzáállás egyenlő a nullával. Tehát 5 ember fizet az Elmű de minek. Ez nem szolgáltatás !!! Ismerőseim közölték, hogy ők már évek óta másik ügyfélszolgálatot keresnek fel !!
About an hour and a half before closing the customer service despite the fact that 4 employees of which 1 introduced themselves as a manager plus the security service was in the Elmű office and they told each other jokes. Phlegman was told that an appointment was required. (I remember again EMPTY customer service !!) Shame! But this attitude has already been experienced by several of my acquaintances in this customer service. Outrageous. !! Attitudes towards their work are zero. So 5 people pay for Elmű but why. This is not a service !!! My friends have told me that they have been visiting another customer service for years !!

Az olvasott sok negatív komment miatt nagyon félve indultam neki az esti ügyintézésnek az előre lefoglalt időpontra. Az ügyintézésről csupa pozitív dolgot tudok írni. A ,,behívó,,hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, látszott, hogy érti a dolgát. A 6-os ablakhoz kerültem, ahol az ügyintéző hölgy szintén nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Ha akarnék sem tudnék rosszat mondani. Akik nem előre egyeztetett időpontra jöttök, azokat is behívták, igaz Nekik többet kellet várniuk, de senkit sem küldtek el.
Because of the many negative comments I read, I left him in the evening for the pre-booked appointment, very afraid. I can write a lot of positive things about administration. The lady was very kind and helpful, she seemed to understand. I went to window 6, where the clerk was also very kind and helpful. If I wanted to, I couldn't say anything wrong. Those who did not come at a pre-arranged time were also called in, though they had to wait longer, but no one was sent.

This company does not care about your well being! They cut the power as per normal when you don't pay, fine i get that, but they make no effort to put it back on once you paid. I didn't have power for 1 week because the customer service failed to tell me i need to pay a reactivation fee, then when i pay and request them to turn it on, they don't come when you expect them. They asked if between 18h - 20h is fine for me since i work from 8h - 17h30, obviously its fine, but they decide to come at 17h25 and leave a note on the door that i'm not home. I called the customer service who guaranteed the driver will come the next day at 18h - 20h, this is now 4 days after i paid my fees, and they agrred its fine. Now its the next day and the driver calls me at 14h stating hes at my house now and can reactivate or i should wait until next monday in 3 days. This company is horrid and deserves 0 stars. They do not care whether u have a family or not and no electricity for a week, they just want to go home at 15h and not work their full shift from 18h -20h. Also lying to the customers, not telling them about hidden fees and refusing to commit to the appointments they make

Terrible company. No business ethics. If you speak English and live in Budapest they basically refuse to help you or to don't give you correct information. They were trying to refuse sending us an electrician because we don't speak Hungarian. Customer Service on the phone lies to you, making promises they cannot keep or just saying anything to get you off the phone. Its only when my friend called them for me in Hungarian that we were able to get proper service and correct information. This company's ethics is absolutely disgusting and i highly suggest to avoid doing anything with them
