 Six really nothing special so typical Hungarian customer service, let's say the commission boy and the customer service box beat the average they are brutally big peasants, I only recommend to those with strong nerves ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katasztrófális hangnem a helyszínen. Az őr, minősíthetetlen stílusban beszélt velünk. A webhely használhatatlan. Egy ügyfél sem volt az ügyintézőknél, sem a váróban, mégis órákig várattak. Kerüljétek el a helyet!!!
Catastrophic tone on the spot. The guard spoke to us in an unclassifiable style. The site is unusable. There were no clients at the clerks or in the waiting room, yet they waited for hours. Avoid the place !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hihetetlen és minősíthetetlen hangnem rikácsoló kollegina személyében, mellyel a hozzáértés és az idegsejtek nem megfelelő állapotát kívánja gondolom palástolni.
6 hónap és 2 "kedves" beszélgetés után sem sikerült megoldani a problémát úgy hogy minden dokumentum rendben találtatott.

It’s an incredible and unqualified tone in the person of a squeaky colleague with whom I want to cover up the inadequate state of competence and nerve cells.
Even after 6 months and 2 "nice" conversations, the problem was not solved so that all the documents were found to be in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rettegve mentem az értékelések alapján, úgyhogy nagyon kellemes meglepetés ért. Nem kellett sorban állni egy percet sem és a nagyon kedves, barátságos, hozzáértő ügyintéző néhány perc alatt megoldotta a problémámat.
I went in horror based on the reviews, so I was very pleasantly surprised. I didn’t have to stand in line for a minute and the very kind, friendly, knowledgeable clerk solved my problem in a matter of minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kicsit morcos beengedési procedúra után a céges türkiz színű (már nem Elmű, hanem MVM) körömlakkban pompázó hölgy nagyon gyorsan, nagyon kedvesen elintézett minden ügyemet. Üdítő élmény volt a mai eldurvult világban.
After a bit of a grumpy admission procedure, the lady in the company's turquoise nail polish (no longer Elmű, but MVM) handled all my affairs very quickly and very kindly. It was a refreshing experience in today’s rough world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viszonylag hiányos tájékoztatás. Sajnálom, de gyakorlatilag rabolják az ember idejét. Bármelyik MÁSIK MVM ügyfélszolgálatnál könnyebb eljárni, kedvesebbek, és a lényeg, hogy érdemben tudnak segíteni, mint ahigy segítettek is a közelmúltban többször is.
Relatively incomplete information. I'm sorry, but they're practically robbing one's time. They are easier to deal with than any other MVM customer service, they are kinder, and the point is that they can help on a substantial basis than they have helped on several occasions recently.
