★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon segítőkészek és sok terhet levesznek a válladról, de a számlázás szinte hasraütés szerűen történik. Oda kell figyelni, különben lehúzás az egész, ami szerintem undorító már csak amiatt is, hogy kihasználják, hogy az ember ilyen helyzetekben nincs olyan lelkiállapotban, hogy mindenre figyelni tudjon.
 They are very helpful and take a lot of the burden off your shoulders, but billing is almost like a stomach. You have to pay attention, otherwise it's all a pull down, which I think is disgusting just because you take advantage of the fact that in such situations you are not in a state of mind to be able to pay attention to everything.

Szeretnénk megköszönni azt a figyelmes, körültekintő, precíz szervező munkát, amelyet a munkatársai végeztek számunkra.
Sok tapintattal és széleskörű hozzáértéssel intézték az ügyeket, amelyekkel egy hozzátartozó elvesztése jár, ezzel megkímélve minket attól, hogy személyesen kelljen utánajárnunk az adminisztrációnak, és a szertartás megszervezésének.
Együttműködésünk végig zavartalan és pontos maradt. A temetés tegnap rendben lezaljott, minden a helyén volt.
