Location: Well... the place is close to Keleti-railway station however it’s not in the busy area so you need to walk a little. (Max 2-3 mins).
Customer service: The lady who’s responsible for taking the orders is one of the nicest person I met. She remembers her customers and there is that extra question: “How are you?” before you order something. A question like this warms up everyone’s heart and make you feel human.
About the food:
As the quality of the food is also important when we dine out, let’s talk about it!
I’m not a “soup person” but I can confirm that they have the best soups in town! Especially the one with beef. It’s really nice, surprising flavors (hot-chili, lime, spring onions) will take all your bad mood away and you can taste something you have never tried before.
I’ve been there many times so this is not a first time experience. The prices are fine.
Compering it to a fast food restaurant, this time you’ll pay the same amount but you will get an amazing, healthy food and good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, nice people and nice pho! One of the best pho broth I've tasted in Budapest! Perhaps they could use a bit more herbs like coriander, but there is nothing really to criticise. I asked for a mixed cook/raw beef pho and they also made it for me. The sring rolls aren't the best though. Service is amazingly nice, and we were watching the europe cup together haha. Prices are cheap compared to quality! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at this Pho starting with the waiter. He was always smiling and attentive to our order that he made us feel moved by the good service we gave us. As an extra, the place closes at 11 p.m. and even thought I got there 30 minutes before closing, the Pho tasted homemade and it was exactly what we wanted to have give the time it was.

I ordered Pho Bo and I was extremely satisfied. Taste, size and price. Everything perfect.
Everybody is also extremely friendly and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always trying to find and try some new places when traveling to Budapest, Pho soup is one of our favourite. While waiting for our bus, we hopped in this little restaurant to eat something. The place is located within 5 minutes walk from Keleti train station and Blaha Lujza Square, just next to the bridge. The staff are really nice, they do speak english, but what really matters, the food is great. We tryied many Pho soup places, but this is one of the best in Budapest so far. It's full of meat, tasty noodles and fresh vegetables. Yes, it's hot when you get it, but that's how it should be... the portion it's more than enough and the prices are really good. If you're in the neighbourhood, pop in and have a good dish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sorry but nothing about this is authentic. This is definitely not authentic Vietnamese Bun Bo hue. I ordered for home delivery on Foodpanda and this was what I got. I have never seen anyone put iceberg salad on bun Bo hue and definitely not that noodles. Never again for me…
