Csakhogy léteznek cégek, amelyek ugyanilyen erényekkel vívnak szélmalomharcot a silány, a piacot szinte uraló piacon, de ha hozzánk jössz igényeddel, mi be is tartjuk a fenti három fontos erényt. Kell ennél több?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reggel 8 órára érkezett volna a kolléga felmérni a nyílászárókat árajánlat miatt. Előzetesen el kellett utalni a cégnek 10.000 Ft + Áfa felmérési díjat, amit elvileg levontak volna a kivitelezési díjból, ha tőlük rendelem meg. Sajnos a felmérésig sem jutottunk el, mert a kolléga nem érkezett meg a helyszínre. 30 perc késés után elértem a boltot, akik megkeresték a felmérő kollégát, aki felhívott engem, hogy felháborodva közölje, hogy ő még az M3-ason áll a dugóban Gödöllőnél... Amikor ezt kérdőre vontam, még jobban felháborodott, kértem, hogy akkor már ne is jöjjön, mert nem tudok tovább várni és amúgy is köszönöm, hogy "jelezte" telefonon, hogy késni fog....ekkor történt meg, amit még mindig nem tudok feldolgozni...rám tette a telefont... Így felhívtam a boltot, hogy azonnal utalják vissza a befizetett felmérési díjat!
Felháborító egy banda!
És valószínűleg így jártam a legjobban, mert csak az eset után olvastam el a többi Google-ös kommentet. Utólag örülök, hogy így alakult, és nem jutottunk el a tényleges munkáig.

The company had to give the company a prize of HUF 10,000 + VAT, which, in principle, would have been deducted from the construction fee if I ordered them. Unfortunately, we didn't get to the survey because the colleague did not arrive to the scene. After a 30-minute delay, I reached the store, who contacted the surveyor who called me out to say that he was still on the M3 in the cork at Gödöllő ... don't even come because I can't wait any longer and thank you in any way for "signaling" over the phone that it will be delayed ... then what i still can't process ... put the phone on me ... so i called shop to immediately return the paid survey fee!
Outrageous gang!
And I probably did the best, because I read the other Google comments after the incident. Afterwards I am glad that it was so formed and we didn't get to the actual work.

They were recommended to them and after the doors and windows of our apartment were installed properly, we later commissioned them to the office. An advance is always requested, but the work has been done for time and for the agreed amount. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mivel nem az első ajtós cég volt akit megkerestünk, volt összehasonlítási alapunk. Első perctől kezdve figyelmesek voltak, ha nem tudtam telefonon elérni az ügyintézőt, nem sokára visszahívott. Az ajtó minőségileg teljesen kifogástalan, a beépítés pedig profi (tényleg, férfi szemmel nézve!), és gyors volt. Maguk után rendet hagytak, összetakarítottak.
Since we were not the first door company we were looking for, we had a basis for comparison. They were attentive from the first minute, if I couldn’t reach the clerk by phone, he didn’t call me back long. The door was completely impeccable in quality, and the installation was professional (really, from a male eye!) And fast. They left behind, cleaned up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEM AJÁNLOM SENKINEK!!!! Már az rendelés előtt elkérik a teljes ár felét. Ebből azt hiheti az ember, hogy gyorsan és igényesen fognak dolgozni. De ennek ellenére több hetet késtek az ablakok. Majd a beépítés előtt elkérték a marad teljes összeget. Alvállalkozókkal dolgoztatnak mind a bontásnál mind a beépítésnél. Nem ellenőrzik őket, a vevőtől várják el, hogy leellenőrizze a munkát. Szörnyű, borzalmas, szánalmas hozzáállás. Igénytelen munka, csak a pénzre hajtanak. Az ablakok ferdék lettek, hibás a lejavítás, girbe-gurba a csatlakozásuk. Nem ajánlom senkinek, legszívesebben feljelenteném őket, de sajnos nem vagyok jogász sem ügyvéd, és a családban sincs. Szóval NEM AJÁNLOM SENKINEK, HOGY VELÜK DOLGOZTASSON.
I DO NOT RECEIVE YOURSELF !!!! You are asking for half of the total price before ordering. From this you may think that they will work fast and demanding. But in spite of this, the windows had been delayed for several weeks. After the installation, they are asked to stay the full amount. They work with subcontractors for both demolition and installation. They are not audited, they are waiting for the buyer to check the job. Terrible, horrible, pathetic attitude. Inexhaustible work, they only go for the money. The windows have become skewed, the fix is faulty, their connection to the girbe-gurba. I do not recommend anyone, I would like to report them to you, but unfortunately I am not a lawyer or a lawyer, and there is no family. So I DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO HOPE TO WORK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Korrekt árak, segítőkész és szakmailag is körültekintő személyzet. Több olyan kérdést is feltettek nekem, amit addig még egyetlen ablakos cég sem. A termékkínálatuk is szuper. Fa ablakot és ajtókat rendeltem tőlük, aluminium redőnyökkel és szúnyoghálókkal. A beszerelés pontos és precíz volt, a szerelő emberek kultúráltak. Örülök, hogy őket választottam.
Correct prices, helpful and professional staff. I have been asked a number of questions that no window firm has ever had. Their product range is also superb. I ordered wooden windows and doors with aluminum shutters and mosquito nets. The installation was accurate and precise, the installation people were cultured. I'm glad I chose them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minden rendben volt egészen addig, míg az árajánlat és helyszíni felmérés után el nem tűntek.
A felmérés után egyeztetést ígértek, de még csak nem is reagáltak a (többszöri) megkeresésemre sem.
Ha bármi ok miatt nem vállálják, szerintem a legkevesebb, hogy ezt jelzik.
Komolytalan cég.
Teljesen felesleges időpocséklás volt velük felvenni a kapcsolatot és visszajelzésre várni.
Everything was fine until they disappeared after the quote and on-site survey.
After the survey, they promised a consultation, but they didn’t even respond to my (multiple) inquiries.
If, for whatever reason, they do not undertake, I think the least that is indicated.
Frivolous company.
It was a complete waste of time to contact them and wait for feedback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ablakokat, bejárati ajtót, beltéri ajtókat rendeltem tőlük. Hihetetlen amit művelnek. Amíg az előleget kifizeted, aranyosak, kedvesek. Aztán elindul a szíváscunami. Rosszul mértek le 2 ablakot, rám akarták hárítani az újragyártás. 2 héten keresztül minden nap megígérték, hogy kihozzák az ablakokat. A bejárati ajtót gusztustalan minőségben szállították le, vissza is küldtem. Majd 2 hónapba telt, mire újra meghozták. A beltéri ajtókat 3 hónapra fogják hozni állítólag, persze 2 hónapot ígértek. Ők csak kereskedők, nem gyártók, össze-vissza az országban gyártatnak, a kihelyező csapatok is mind alvállalkozók... + az irodában nem is értenek a nyílászarókhoz... Sziváscunami velük dolgoztatni...
I ordered windows, front doors, interior doors from them. It's unbelievable what they do. As long as you pay the down payment, they are cute, kind. Then the suction tsunami starts. They measured 2 windows badly, they wanted to stop me from remanufacturing. Every day for 2 weeks they were promised to bring out the windows. The front door was delivered in disgusting quality, I sent it back. It then took 2 months before it was taken again. The interior doors will supposedly be brought for 3 months, of course they promised 2 months. They are just traders, not manufacturers, they are made back and forth in the country, the outsourcing teams are all subcontractors ... + in the office they don't even understand the doors and windows ... It is a hard time to work with them ...
