I would not question the proficiency of professionalism because the company has been on the market for a long time and in this competition - which as it seems, he was not always able to stand his place correctly. I understand, because of the failed task, the grievance of bad mouthwash is strong. But correctness must not be ignored. I'm telling everyone to look around the market, ask for a price offer, and choose the one that suits them best and the most sympathetic. There is no need to start a war where it is not necessary. Only honestly and fairly, I know it is very difficult, but I should try it. My own opinion, with the business manager, I had no problem with our relationship.

We ordered a door from them, to which they promised a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. Their man came to assess the dimensions. He said he would come in masks and install the door, so it's good for him and me, don't ask for installation. After a little over 8 weeks, they said the door came (mid-December) and I would go in to pay the full amount, and I was also promised that if I go in and pay, they might even be brought out that day ... Wonderful, I thought. I even went in for an opening in the morning, but none of the colleagues inside knew what I was talking about, but he asked for the money (including the cost of transportation) and then told me that it was not he who handled the delivery, but the store manager. Then arrange, I just wait patiently, they will earn. Okay... I called 2 days later and then they also didn’t know who I was and what I wanted, so I had to look in the system to see who paid for that door. I said yes, but you can’t trust a man’s word these days. Well thank God it turned out I actually paid, then give it to the store manager who handles the delivery. The store manager didn't even know who the door was paid for, so he didn't do anything, but he promised he would be brought out on Friday. (It was Wednesday). So Friday came, a door nowhere, a phone picking up, and another promise that they would be brought out and called on Monday because there was some technical problem. All right. Until then, I will fire the wood like the animal because of the poorly insulated and paper-thin door inside, in mid-December. Monday also arrived, but the door is still nowhere and I also had to pick up the phone, to see what ?! Another fluttering hesitation, and by Tuesday the tohonya mamlas had promised that they would be brought in now. I did not receive any form of compensation, but not even an apology. Fairness and professionalism. Well, they don't have those two. Well, finally, the outlaws came on Tuesday night at 6 p.m. (This is also a funny story, I mean when it comes to delivery, but I'm not going to describe it now.) The next morning I called their man, who offered to come and put the door in masks. He also said he could still come that afternoon. In the afternoon still nothing, and then I called again to come this today? No can not come said, then tomorrow is likely. Well, I called tomorrow, he didn't come tomorrow, and he's been coming ever since. So to sum it all up, all I can write about them is that it’s only recommended for those with strong nerves to buy from them because mine was cut home. The door came in after 12 weeks, by which time I managed to find someone to help ...
