J	Jason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azért pofa aztán van! felhívom az ügyfél szolgálatot ami megsúgom hogy nem ingyenes! 15 percig hallgatom ugyan azt a zenét és mikor érdeklődni szeretnék a rendelésemmel kapcsolatban flegma hangnemmel beszélnek az emberrel! De azért a gépi hang bemondja hogy a beszélgetést rögzítik! Komolyan én kérek elnézést hogy érdekel a termék amit tőlük rendeltem! Ha a mai nap nem jön meg a termék mint ahogy az sms-ben írták akkor vissza mondom! Ők élnek belőlem én vállaltam hogy kifizetek nekik kp-ba 600.000Ft-ot! De ha nem kell a pénz nekik akkor viszem máshová! Then there is a muzzle! I call customer service which I whisper is not free! Nem tájékoztattak a rendelésemről, telefonon bunkók voltak, emailben szintén, és még a rendelésemet is törölték szó nélkül, okot sem adva rá. Egyáltalán nem vevő központú, szarnak a vevőkre. Moderálhatnátok magatokat, mert így biztos rengeteg vevőt fogtok bukni. Disgusting whisper company, terribly jerks the customers, tricks the delivery. They were not informed of my order, there were jerks on the phone, also by email, and even my order was canceled without a word, giving no reason. Not at all customer-centric, shit on buyers. You could moderate yourself, because that way you’re sure to fail a lot of customers.

Lassu es rossz nem ajanlom. Customer service is a big zero. If something comes up in a hurry, don't wait for help, and if I write to them and write it down steadily, you have 30 days to respond. Gyerekeknek lett volna ajándék de még egy normális mailt sem tudnak írni hogy ne haragudj de nincs. Senkinek nem ajánlom. Never! They advertise products that aren’t really available. It would have been a gift for kids but they can’t even write a normal email so don’t be angry but there isn’t. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Akartam rendelni egy új processzort 15 percet vártam mire felvegyék és utána egyből kinyomták a telefont. A little expensive.
