★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A garanciális ügyintézés minősíthetetlen, 3.alkalommal küldöm vissza a terméket (azaz 3 hónapja nem tudom használni). A hiba nincs javítva, plusz más probléma is lett a javítás során.
The warranty is unqualified, I will return the product for the 3rd time (ie I have not been able to use it for 3 months). The bug was not fixed, plus there was another problem during the fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A termékek visszaküldése szervezésére nem fordítanak elég energiát, 4-5 emailben levelezés után sem kaptam meg/vissza a termékemet, se a pénzt.
Elektronikai cikkeket nem ajánlom itt vásárolni. :) Üzletben a kiszolgálásra még nem volt panaszom, ott mindig minden rendben megy! :)
They don't put enough energy into organizing the return of the products, I didn't receive / return my product or the money after 4-5 emails.
I do not recommend buying electronics here. :) I haven't had a complaint about the service in the store yet, everything is always fine there! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jók az árak, nagy a választék, széles a kínálat. Udvariasak az itt dolgozó alkalmazottak, segítőkészek és hozzá is tudnak szólni az esetleges problémához. Tetszik a rendszerük hogy a boltba is átvehetők a megrendelt termékek. Nekem még nem volt problémám az itt átvett, illetve innen megrendelt termékkel.
Good prices, large selection, wide supply. The staff working here are polite, helpful and able to comment on any problem. I like their system so that the ordered products can be picked up at the store. I haven't had a problem with the product I received here or ordered from here yet.
