S	S Andràs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Már többször rendeltem tőlük, eddig nem volt gond a bolttal, majd az egyik rendelés alkalmával probléma volt a számlázasi címmel, az ügyfélszolgálat javaslatára visszautasítottam az atvételt, azt ígerték a pénzt visszaküldik, majd érdeklődésemre jelezték, hogy a rendszerük szerint átadták a megrendelt készüléket, ez június elejen volt, azóta hitegetnek, levelezek az ügyfélszolgálattal, vagy háromszor leírtam a történteket, de semmi eredménye, kritikán aluli ez a hozzáállás. Részemről nem marad más megoldás mint az fogyasztóvédelem, esetleg feljelentés, hisz a pénzem eltűnt, arut nem kaptam meg, ügyfélszolgálat tanácsára nem vettem át... Nagyon ritkán írok negatív kritikát, de jó ha más is tudja hogyan banik egy ilyen népszerű és nagy aruház az ügyfelekkel... Személy szerint nem ajánlom, ahogy a pénzed náluk van, már nem számítasz. Úgy korrekt ha azt is leírom, hogy a dolog hosszú idő után de megoldódott, visszakaptam a pénzem. I rarely write negative reviews, but it's good to know how such a popular and big store with customers ... Personally, I don't recommend the way your money is with them, you don't matter anymore. It is fair to describe that after a long time, but I got my money back.

Polcon nem túl sok terméket tartanak, de szerintem itt nem is ez az igazán lényeg.A webshopban megrendelt termékeket itt helyben is átvehetjük. Az üzlet szép tiszta rendezett. Az itt dolgozók nagyon rendesek, kedvesek. It is very good that Nyíregyháza already has an eMAG store. It’s true that we’re talking about a very small place, but it’s still good. The staff is nice and you can wait at 3 desks for help. don't forget to take a number when you enter. Customer service is well established. If you have a problem with a product, they will take it back, change it or pay you back the original amount.

I sent it back for repairs/replacement and it passed 4 months and still nothing. Every time I call them, the operator tells me the they cannot provide me any info because the product is in service, but they will call me as soon as they have any news. WORST CLIENT SERVICE
