★ ★ ★ ★ ★ u ovoj ambasadi rade jedna obicna bosanska bezobrazna goveda, koja rade sve osim svog posla !!!! treba raspustit ta goveda iz te stale... vi ste jedna obicna nula od ljudi koja tu rade . nedaj Boze nikome da sa tu obrati za bilo sta ....
in this embassy there are ordinary Bosnian rude cattle, who do everything except their job !!!! those cattle from that stable should be disbanded ... you are a mere zero of the people who work there. God forbid anyone should talk to you about anything ....

A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat borzalmas, egy teljesen udvarias, tiszteletteljes telefonos segítségkérésre bunkó odamondogatás a válasz. Nem értem miért nem cserélik már le az alkalmazottakat, szerintem bőven lenne rá normálisabb jelentkező, azért nem agysebészetről van szó, hogy pótolhatatlanok lennének...
Unfortunately, previous assessments are completely true, even after several years. Telephone customer service is awful, the answer to a completely polite, respectful telephone call for a jerk. I don't understand why the employees are not replaced anymore, I think there would be a lot more normal applicants for it, it's not brain surgery that they would be irreplaceable ...

Every time I needed consular help, there was no problem. The secretary who answers the phone first is not the best for the job.
