L'envoi s'est passé dans les meilleures conditions, avec facture détaillé et réception dans les délais. Le boitier - conforme à description - est désormais sous ma selle et fonctionne parfaitement. Je ne savais pas trop à quoi m'attendre, mais mon expérience positive veut que je recommande ce site marchand franchement ! I ordered the mapping box of a 2011 Suzuki V-Strom DL650 (old model) in order to unleash it. The shipment took place in the best conditions, with detailed invoice and receipt on time. The case - as described - is now under my saddle and works perfectly. I wasn't sure what to expect, but my positive experience is that I recommend this merchant site frankly!
Y	Younes Issa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give no star if possible. Never sent item and never recieved refund. They have also stopped replying to any messages sent. International buyers beware they will say your item cant be sent due to weight, cancel your item state they refunded you which they havent and ask you to repurchase with with more expensive shipping which i already did. Paid 80usd just for shipping and the item was 85usd, never got a refund so ive escalated with paypal and my bank. Terrible customer service

I didn't expect much from it for that price (I expected the seals to be leaking), but they delivered the thermostat quicker than expected and the thermostat is in mint condition! I would definitely order here again in the future.
L	Luís Fialho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a fairing for my Honda NC and found it for a reasonable price on EMP HU, bought it, and 5 days later it was at my doorstep in Portugal shipped by GLS. I was afraid it could be damaged during transportation, but I was very glad to see it had been very well packaged and protected from impacts. Before ordering it I tried to confirm if the website was legitimate, it looked like it was, and there was good feedback here, but I wasn't sure and tried to call the store/owner cellphone and never got an answer (that's something worth improving). Apart from that, great service and reliable, would definitely recommend.

However parts came vey fast, in a very good condition (as promissed by seller). Contact was very good with sellers. Fully recommend.

Ordered a part, paid for it plus extra for fast shipping, didn't receive any confirmation or anything, emailed customer support after about 5 days, turns out they stopped the order without updating me because the price apparently increased AFTER I had already confirmed and paid for the order, and they just "Had not updated it yet". Note that it was a USED part, which is important because its not like the manufacturer increased the price of it. I was then told they will resolve it "within 2 days" and it then took another week after that of me sending multiple messages asking for an update with no replies, and eventually telling them I am going to open a fraud dispute for them to finally reply.
