Itt is, mint mindenütt az ügyintèző személyisége a döntő. Igenis van aki rugalmas, kedves es segítőkész DE nekem most egy rugalmatlan, szájhúzogatós hölgyhöz volt szerencsèm, aki letagadva egy-két kedvezőbb megoldást a lehető legdrágábbat akarta kipréselni belőlem.

Here too, like everywhere the clerk's personality is the decisive one. There is a person who is flexible, kind and helpful. But for me, now I was lucky with an inflexible, mouth-watering lady who, denying me a couple more favorable solutions, wanted to get the most expensive out of me.
