I do not recommend this place to anyone, be careful with them !!! The patient is a secondary, incorrect, MONEY company. The fact that this office is still in operation is due solely to Dr. Needle and His name. Every single forint is a waste of money left behind. Never!!!

Many times I don’t get an appointment for a check-up, the lady said on the phone that they don’t have the capacity to manage a waiting list, and suggested that the doctor order even elsewhere. And if I want an appointment, they're here every day, I'll call to see if there is a cancellation. And after the previous visit, they don’t give an appointment for the proposed check in advance because it’s still a long way off. In the past, I was prescribed the wrong medicine online, which was why I had to send the good one abroad after me. Based on this, I decided to actually visit the doctor at another institution. I think that in private healthcare, this is how it is not normal to treat a patient who is not in a simple situation anyway. Thus, it is not possible to set up long-term treatment that would be necessary.

Unfortunately, the other posts are true. They also recommend a remote consultation for questions to be decided, which is HUF 12,000, so they refused to ask my doctor if an immediate consultation is justified based on my 2 laboratory values, or if a later date has already been set. Doctors would never treat their patients like this. This institute is not worthy of the professionals working there. Luckily, they immediately notified my doctor through another institute and answered all my questions so I didn’t leave another penny with them because I checked in fresh. Their attitude is not professional at all, I do not recommend it to anyone!

Never again Endocare !!! Despite the deteriorating "service", one insists on a "service provider", because he is forced and hopes that he will not be pushed face in the mud this time ... But much more death - even as an autoimmune thyroid patient than once again with Endocare !!! I arbitrarily canceled my 7:30 check-in time, which was hard to book for January, because after 1 year of skipping - I, as a little bute - would have had to apply for the 1st consultation, because they have been there for years (of course for small amounts, of course). the rule is no exception, and be ashamed of yourself if you don't know it all by yourself or maybe you don't understand it at first because you don't believe there is "such a thing" ... Before their arbitrary cancellation, of course, I asked me to go to the booked 7:30 instead of the 11 o'clock time they had appointed (my employer would have loved it), and of course I indicated that I was of course aware of it and would pay the HUF 27,000. 1. suitable fee, but for some reason this original booking request may have unfortunately escaped their attention ... I should have begged them on my knees, because the polite style and the words of thanks and thank you did not have too much of an effect on them ... The "justification" in their 1st letter was that I would not appear "in person" within 1 year, which of course in their reply letter - and in the given pandemic situation - would have been appropriate online afterwards ... for them ... not for me !! ! So ... Never again Endocare, and thank you so much for preventing me from paying even more money for their "careful" service ...

Online appointment booking is scandalous! They compete with patients as during an exam period. Booking is open at a specific time on a specific day of each month, if you miss 2 months you will have to wait. When I got to Dr. Needle after several months of trying last year, no matter how he told me to go back in 4 months, they wouldn’t give me an appointment, I have to hunt for that in the same way that is impossible. (I’ve been trying to make an appointment since January this year). Finding the right medicine doesn't matter when a patient returns, because the last one didn't work out, he prescribed another one, but you should also check to see if it's good ... Customer service is sorry, but that's it…
