Last week it was very tasty, so now on Sunday we ordered a 2-person engler bowl to take away by phone. When we got home, we saw that they were packing something very different. Was it left over from Sunday's menu or was it lagzi yesterday? 2 slices of bread, 2thin paper thin, 2 breadcrumbs + mixed circles, although we asked for extra when ordering only a column. The objection came over the phone, they referred to changing the menu, etc ... of course it was just a misunderstanding because when they placed the order, they didn't even know about the "changing the menu" as they asked if we were asking for Bakonyi sauce. the menu on their website / fb has not changed either. You can only "congratulate" you on doing such a business, so you can get a satisfied guest in an instant for approx. to make a dissatisfied guest for a net 500ft profit who knows he won’t order any more from here. Worth it?

Restaurant test: Engler - Mosonmagyaróvár. Nice environment, riverside, spacious parking, walking, silence. Great start! :) Renovated building, stylish-modern clean interior and tidy space, spacious, lots of natural light, only a little green vegetation is missing from the interior picture. There is only one table but the waiter does not accept. We sit down, clean and tidy table, flying place setting, clean cutlery, gourmand paper napkin. In two minutes, a lady arrives with the menus. It doesn’t offer anything to recommend, no food, no drinks, no extra chef’s offer, Valentine’s Day menu ... etc., A little scattered but offset by its kindness and respectful tone. Instead of free water, I get filtered tap water, which is free water here in a buckled bottle with the label of the house logo. I don’t stick to it but there is a difference between tap water and mineral water, no matter how much it is filtered. It does not fill when the water is served, it just puts it on the table, unfortunately it holds the glass in its cup. :( I pour my coffee in a big cup because I pour it with a lot of milk I like it, but I get it in a small way, especially in the one that is completely stained from splashes and dried coffee drops on the outside. The coffee filter is dirty It also has a milk-like aroma and taste and is very, very bitter.Latte has a nice foam but is too hard and not creamy.Lactose-free - or no vegetable milk.Menu: Average menu from the 90s, fried in plenty of oil with unhealthy things, frozen ingredients, - no lactose, gluten free, - vegetarian food, no exciting salads and vegan food, or just an extra and vibrant combination to come back in. Uncharacteristic Fish soup: a lot of water, pieces of fish and a lot of salt.The Cordon bleu here is "Gordon" :) in the Hungarian translation, which is a bit salty too! Garnish with dry, vegetative rice. Desserts: pancakes, chestnut puree, somlói. Total professional bankruptcy! Apparently it was money to make the place but it is not filled with human (hospitality) and professional content. I'm sorry because the place has great potential in competent hands, it would be a guest here and dinner shouldn't be closed on time either, but a serious change is needed!

At the year-end event we were accommodated by about 40 people. In short, I do not recommend sleeping there !!! Upon arrival, we received a room key after a small dinner. There are rooms for 4-6 people upstairs, we entered and really dirty. It is nicely embedded but both the bathroom and the parquet are dirty and moldy. It is not possible to put a bath door, not to close it. The room, on the other hand, was good warm outside +10 degrees. In the upper part of the room, a stinking beetle in the middle of the bed watches his other buddies dead on the ledge. I installed a light bulb in the uncovered lamp. The trouble is that all the rooms were similar in exchange we didn't think so and it was 1 night only. Too bad for everything because it was a nice environment, the cold plate was good, but you should care about service and hospitality. Understand 40 people will come at a price of 9-10 thousand HUF / person for 4 kilos, I think it would be enough to ask for a guarantee if I don't have the time or people. In any case, we will be compensated in principle, but in times of epidemic, we will rent out a de facto moldy bath without a virus. In the morning no one has the recin on which we came in with the door closed. Fat, escape route is nowhere marked, nothing. Here I burn in fixed heat, in case of fire, fire extinguishers are removed, only the board is there. So 20 minutes later, it turned out that you could get out of the building through Secret Room 8. It was a pleasure to finally get out. Positives: Service is average, drink supply is poor and pub level, prices are fair, food was perfectly fine, equipment and community washroom are clean. Plus a point for bottled little soft drinks, rare nowadays I am confident that the amount will be well spent and that health and safety standards will be met in 2022. Happy New Year, a guest.
