Telefonon szerettem volna segítséget kérni,de ahelyett,hogy normális emberi hangnemben kaptam volna választ, elküldtek,hogy mit képzelek én a 18 éves kazánommal. Kedves Uram megértettem volna akkor is,ha úgy mondja el,ahogy én beszéltem Önnel....tisztelettel. További minden jót,remélem a munkájára is ennyire 'igényes', mint ahogy telefonon kummunikál az ügyfeleivel. Disaster. Undercut manners. I wanted to ask for help over the phone, but instead of getting an answer in a normal human tone, they sent me what I imagined with my 18-year-old boiler. Dear Sir, I would have understood if you had told me the way I spoke to you .... respectfully. On top of all the good things, I hope his work is as ‘demanding’ as he communicates with his clients over the phone.

Egyáltalán nem ajánlom őket ha bárkinek gàzüzemű kazánnal lenne problémája. Felesleges kört senki ne fusson azzal, hogy rájuk fecsérli az időt és pénzt a telefonàlgatàssal! Uncritical style and manners, an instructive, reprehensible response from an audibly older "major" person. I don’t recommend them at all if anyone has a problem with a gas boiler. No one should run an unnecessary circle by wasting time and money on them by making a phone call!

Ha előbb olvastam volna a véleményeket itt, akkor fel sem hívom, így csak megerősíteni tudom az előttem olvasottakat. Despite repeated promises, the "Lord" did not come to us. The style as he communicated was scandalous and then he didn’t pick up the phone either. I do not recommend to anyone!
