Felhívott egy hölgy a cégtől kellemetlen, vitatkozó hangnemben, mert az általam megadott paraméterek nem voltak elegendőek az ajánlat elkészítéséhez, majd szóvá tettem, hogy ezt a hangnemet teljesen feleslegesnek tartom és nem volt lehetőségem az oldalon adott információk szerint pontosabb paramétereket adni, amikor is rám tette a telefont. Őket sajnos nem fogom többet keresni és másnak is csak ezt az élményemet tudom majd elmesélni.
I contacted the company online with a quote request. A lady called from the company in an unpleasant, contentious tone because the parameters I gave were not enough to make the offer, and then I said that I found this tone completely unnecessary and I didn’t have the opportunity to give more precise parameters the phone. Unfortunately, I will not look for them anymore and I will only be able to share this experience with others.

A 2 úriember akik beszerelték a kaput szakszerűek és ők is kedvesen fogadták a hozzá nem értő kérdéseimet. Árban is számomra megfelelőek voltak. Csak ajánlani tudom őket.
