★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing way of treating people. They got me in 2 rounds of interview and did not bother to provide any feedback despite the that that I was promised to do so. Furthermore the resource manager admitted at the beginning of the interview that he did not read my profile at all. They treat ppl with peanuts and most likely they for a lot of monkeys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost if you are a woman with children: they called my wife with the usual BS for a promising interview and the guy there employed disgusting discrimination: they asked senior questions for a junior to make sure she ain't got the answer and he told that anyway a woman with a child ahem....
Now we go to interviews with a recording device : we should have done it back then, we could have threatened them to go to the court.
BTW she was working within 2 weeks (got several offers right after that interview following to other interviews), so no, not related to her knowledge.
Oh and if you think their feedback is that good and it's an awesome place to work, this is also plain BS, look at the feedback on Glassdoor, not the same story.
And she is successful : it also shows the "skills" of some colleagues at EPAM at recognizing talented people...
