We were entrusted with smaller and larger jobs. There was no problem with the minor work (concreting the chimney, making a hole in the wall / concrete). The big work was the removal of the subfloor, the preparation of a new subfloor (prefabricated concrete, insulation plastering, the preparation of sperno mesh, mirror concrete). Underfloor heating was placed in the socket. The substrate was removed 10 cm deeper than required by the original floor level and the new layer order. He thinks it's because we asked for it. In my opinion, this is determined by a specialist who is familiar with the given profession, and a specialist is obliged to draw the attention of the client in the event of an unprofessional, unnecessary financial expense instruction. That didn’t happen, we only got it afterwards that we threw the money out the window. There were hills and troughs in the deposited insulation, which was eventually quite visible on the “mirror concrete”. It became like a precast concrete with troughs up to 5 cm. The concrete ran down the wall, causing holes in the surface. The screed has been thinned, which appears in its porosity, crumbling to rub. No meter line selected. During the work, two interior doors were destroyed (used as a ramp), for which we got an apology.
