★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Első ránézésre jónak tűnik, aztán jönnek a hiányosságok, koszos mikró, a fürdőben se polc, se fogas, az egyik szobaajtó nem lehet becsukni(bedagadt, szorul) az ágynemű tele hajszálakkal befújva valami büdös illatosítóval(lehet, hogy nem volt cserélve???) a tányérok ragadtak. kávéfoltos a konyhapult, az előző lakók szemete a szemetesben.
