Kicsit eldugott helyen van, de mindenért kárpótol a szolgáltatás. Kedves személyzet, finom ételek, szép környezet.
It is in a slightly secluded location, but the service compensates for everything. Nice staff, delicious food, nice environment.

Életemben voltam elég sokszor szállodában de ez a hely vitte mindenben az összeset! Gyönyörü épület! Kedves személyzet! A felszereltség tökéletes! A szoba csodálatos mint ahogy a kilátás is a teraszrol. A wellnes részleg fenomenális! A biliárd és mozi szoba is tökéletes volt! Az ételek finomak és különlegesek! Kiválo ár érték arány! Biztos ,hogy vissza fogunk még térni ide!
I’ve been to a hotel quite a few times in my life but this place took it all in everything! Beautiful building! Dear staff! The equipment is perfect! The room is as wonderful as the view from the terrace. The wellness department is phenomenal! The billiards and cinema room were also perfect! The food is delicious and special! Excellent value for money! We will definitely be back here again!

Pont egy olyan időszakot sikerült találnunk, amikor alig voltak a hotelban. Csend volt és nyugalom. A wellness szuper, az ételek még az én válogatós ízlésemnek is tökéletesek, az adagok pont elég nagyok. A szalon és a moziszoba pedig telitalálat. Köszönünk mindent, megyünk még biztosan.
We managed to find a period when they were barely in the hotel. There was silence and calm. The wellness is super, the food is perfect even for my picky taste, the portions are quite large. The lounge and cinema are a hit. Thanks for everything, we're still going for sure.

Very nice boutique hotel ,well decorrated and spacious rooms in the 3rd floor. We stayed there half board and enjoy the dinner in the Restaurant.Great food and service.

I had such mixed feelings after my stay that it took a while to process it and write a review. I made a reservation for 10 days holiday in advance, the person who answered the reservation phone didn't speak English so I wrote a request via mail. I have been suggested 2 rooms for my dates, one of which was a standard double room and another - a two-level duplex. I planned to stay mostly by myself so I picked a smaller one, unfortunately, the picture of it was not at a website. After when my boyfriend decided to join me for a weekend, I asked how much the extra going to be and the answer was that he has to pay the complete amount for 3 days stay though I have already paid the room. It took us 3 emails to figure out that it was a misunderstanding. At arrival we discovered that the room at ground floor that sales girl suggested for my 10 days vacation, which is a long stay considering everyone come for 2-3 days tops, has no natural light, is very cold (end of October is not yet a heating season, so only AC hot air was an option though the batteries are there on the wall), especially the bathroom felt like a cellar. Taking a shower was very uncomfortable and the environment was depressing. I asked to change the room, and an alternative was possible only for 4 nights during the week. The reception girl looked surprised and said that "Tuscany suite is a business room, guests don't stay long there".Why it didn't occur to the booking manager in the first place?!!? Other lovely details to remember 1) Maid knocking at my door at 7.30 am 2) Weird looking grey foam appearing in the jacuzzi every day 3) No instructions for switching on sauna 4) Lost waiter at the breakfast not giving hot breakfast menu to me 5) I was promised to be moved to nicer room for 2 nights but they gave it away to a VIP regular guest instead 6) I cancelled last 2 dinners in advance cause the food was heavy but the ending bill was not detailed and confusing, my feeling was i was charged for it anyway. All in all, I paid over 400 000 huf for a lousy cold room and for poor client service. I believe the place is understaffed, the management prefers Hungarian guests to foreigners, that is the only legitimate explanation for this kind of attitude. I live in Hungary for three years now, but it is the first time I felt so disappointed.

Interesting design, good restaurant. Air conditioning definitely needs improvement. Not working properly despite staff's efforts to fix it. Not the best experience on a hot summer day. At checkout first they said i cannot pay before 8, God knows why. I insisted and paid after all. They didn't bother to ask how my staying was.
