Nem tudom kit hívott fel és kihangosította a telefont. Arra lettem volna kíváncsi, hogy a nekem kihozott pizzát mikor vették ki a sütőből a hőmérséklete miatt (langyos volt, pizzériától laza 5 percre lakok). A kihangosított telefonba a felhívott személy azt mondta, hogy: "nehogy már azt akarja, hogy tőgymeleg pizzát kapjon". Ez a beszólás után el is ment az Ernesto pizzától az étvágyam, a pizzát visszaküldtem. Másik pizzériától rendeltem, ahol nem közlik a vásárlóval, hogy "nehogy már azt akarja, hogy tőgymeleg pizzát kapjon" . I ordered it from another pizzeria where they don’t tell the customer “that he no longer wants to get udder hot pizza”.

C	Csaba Seibert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az üzlettel szemben dolgozva (3 perc gyalog) nem sikerült két órán belül kiszállítani a (!)hideg ételt és ráadásul még csak fel sem volt vágva ami kifejezetten aggasztó tud lenni munkaközben, evőeszköz nélkül. A hozzávalók kinézetéről (frissességéről) ne is beszéljünk. Working against the store (3 minutes on foot) I was unable to deliver the (!) Cold food within two hours and in addition it was not even cut up which can be especially worrying at work without cutlery. Not to mention the look (freshness) of the ingredients.
G	Gábor Németh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egyre kisebbek és íztelenebbek az ételek. Rendeltem pizzát, kértem rá 3 plusz feltétet amit online rendeléskor ki is fizettem. Majdnem 2,5 óra volt amíg ideért. Égetten,hidegen, és persze nem volt rajta a plusz feltét se. Felhívtam őket, de persze náluk nem látszik hogy mikor és mit rendeltem ? Nem ajánlom senkinek. Másodjára is megpróbáltam. Most már ide se ért a futár. Harmadik próbára kellemes meglepetés ért. Viszonylag hamar, jó ízű ételt kaptam. Viszont megint drágult és az adagok megint kisebbek lettek. Kiskakasból már jobban megéri rendelni. Kicsit drágább, de 3x akkora az adag. The food is getting smaller and tastier. Mindkettő ehetetlen és erősen gyanús, hogy romlott volt. A Bolognai tészta (spagetti) olyan volt, mint amit maradékokból kapartak össze, nem volt benne 2 cm-nél hosszabb szál, az íze förtelmes volt, ehetetlen. A Cordon bleu több napos volt. A panírján is látszott, hogy nem friss, a hús büdös volt. A krumpli szintén melegített volt. Közel ötezer forint ment a kukába. Többször rendeltünk már innét, de soha többet!
