Amikor segítséget kértem, bárcsak ne tettem volna, finoman szólva is szakmailag ERŐS-sen korlátozott képességű eladót sikerült találnom. Azt éreztem, hogy fizessek előleget és rendeljek valamit aztán húzzak el, mert nem tud pihenni. A kérdéseimre elkezdett a gépben és katalógusokban keresgélni, majd közölte, hogy nem tudja. Körülbelül 100x hívtam őket telefonon, amikor éppen valaki felvette azt a választ kaptam hogy ekkor és akkor érkezik, ja és pár perc és visszahívnak. Természetesen a kutya nem hívott vissza, azokon az időpontokon amiket megígértek hogy beérkezik a rendelt termék, természetesen nem érkezett meg. A legszebb az egészben hogy a rendeléskor azonnal érkezik az előleg számla amit természetesen ki is fizettem. Ma 2019.06.20-án reggel hívom Őket kb 6-ra felveszik, "pár perc és visszahívjuk" jön a válasz... azóta is várom... Így rendelj tőlük bármit is...Gratulálok a tulajdonosoknak! Így tovább!! Több dolgot rendeltem de nem sok sikerrel azaz soha nem jött meg. A befizetett előleget is csak nagy nehezen kaptam vissza. Ajánlottak más alternatív tételeket helyette de mit is mondjak? A hasonlóság körülbelül mint Makó Jeruzsálemtől. Az üzlet végén egy cofos úri ember mondta hogy ő már nem hazudozik tovább a cég likviditási problémákkal küzd anyagi gondjai vannak. De kérdezem hogy ha tudják akkor miért értékesítenek olyan tételeket amiket nem tudnak prezentálni és miért hülyítenek hónapokon keresztül Ez nem becsületes dolog más emberek idejével és pénzével való szórakozás. Először 2 hetet mondtak, 2 hónap elteltével megígérték hogy még 2 hét és meglesz, aztán mikor már nem tudtak mit hazudni, azt mondták hogy nincs a gyárban és nem tudják mikor szállítják. Ennek fényében nem voltunk hajlandóak tovább várni, nagy durrogva visszaadták a befizetett előlegünket... Csak zárójelben: egy másik üzlet 2 nap alatt megszerezte a Grohe csapot, amire szükségünk volt! Those who do not want to have a headache, avoid this company far away! Konkrétan .....ez itt egy vulgáris kifejezés helye. Több alkalommal is próbálkoztam, de a helyzet ugyanaz volt. Akkor se hagynám ott a pénzem, ha valamilyen extra dolgot találnék. Kár, mert a burkolatok zöme szép, a valaszték nagy. 25 éve mindent itt vásároltam, azóta nagyot fordult velük a világ. Service that is so condescending and I don’t care is very rare. Kint 30 fok, bent legalább 50, addig oké hogy kívülről egy szocreál uszodára hasonlít az épület, de nem szaunázni indultam, hanem vásárolni. Ennek megfelelően az eladók csatakosan, izzadtságban úszva (pláne némelyikük jól láthatóan alkoholos mámorban) próbáltak segíteni, amely vagy alkalmatlanságuk miatt, vagy a cég teljesítésképtelensége miatt hiúsult meg. Azért az elég mókás így 2020 derekán, hogy több hónapos szállítási idővel tudnak csak rendelést felvenni, és a körülményekből kiindulva nem a gyártók hibájából...
