A 3-4 órás program első harmadában Gergely, a tulajdonos és László beszél a növényről, annak termesztéséről, fajtáiról, kereskedelméről, felhasználásáról. Az előadásuk végtelenül informatív, edukatív. Ezt követi maga a vadászat a saját telepített erdőben, ami kutyával történik. Kifejezetten izgalmas ez a rész is. Majd következik a kóstolás. A korábban bemutatott szarvasgomba fajták végig kóstolása egy 5-6 fogásos menü keretében. Mivel Gergely maga chef, ezért elképesztő gourmet menüt készít, ami azok számára is teljesen élvezetes gasztro kaland, akik nem szeretik a gombát. Ha profi szervezésű, egyedi élményre vágysz, vagy vendégeidet vinnéd különleges programra, akkor mindenképp az Érsek Édent válaszd! A program angolul és németül, illetve tolmács segítségével bármilyen nyelven elérhető. Archbishop Eden’s truffle hunt is a great way to learn about a special variety of mushroom. In the first third of the 3-4 hour program, Gergely, the owner and László talk about the plant, its cultivation, varieties, trade and use. Their performance is infinitely informative, educational. This is followed by the hunt itself in its own planted forest, which happens with a dog. This part is especially exciting. Then comes the tasting. Tasting the previously presented truffle varieties as part of a 5-6 course menu. As Gergely herself is a chef, she makes an amazing gourmet menu, which is a completely enjoyable gastro adventure for those who don't like mushrooms. If you want a professionally organized, unique experience or take your guests to a special program, be sure to choose Archbishop Eden! The program is available in English and German, or with the help of an interpreter in any language.
P	Peter Sipos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic gastro program for anyone interested in gourmet meals, and especially in truffles. It's a place in the middle of nowhere, but once you get here and start the tour lead by Gergely, the owner, you feel that it's something special. You can hunt for truffles in the woods, learn how truffle grows and what species exist, and how it is collected and used in gastronomy. And, of course, in the end you have a 5-6 course meal, made by Gergely as well, consisting of delicious creations. Highly recommended!
