★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beléptem, unott várakozók, üres székek, sehol a sorszámozó. Kérdem, hol a pénztár. Ott hátul, ahol a sor áll. Ülni nem lehet, mert akkor elém állnak. A dizájn megölte a használhatóságot. Aki ezt kitalálta, pályát tévesztett.
I entered, bored waiting, empty chairs, nowhere at the numbering. I ask where the checkout is. Back where the line is. You can't sit because then they're in front of me. The design killed usability. Whoever figured this out was wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Új irodabelső, ami eleinte zavarba ejtő, ugyanis nem kell pl. sorszámot húzni, hanem a bárhol üldögélő alkalamazottakhoz oda lehet menni. Menő növényfal is van és pc-k, ahol virtuálbankozni lehet!
New office interior, which is embarrassing at first, because you don't have to e.g. to draw a serial number, but to go to employees sitting anywhere. There is also a cool plant wall and PCs where you can virtual bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az új fiók valóban nagyon trendi,de be mész és fogalmad nincs mikor kerülsz sorra. Az alkalmazottak látszólag teljesen véletlen szerűen szólítják az ügyfeleket. 50 perc alatt amit várakozással töltöttem nem jöttem rá mitől függ ki a következő. Mondjuk a hangos agresszív ügyfelek hamarabb sorra kerültek (gondolom zavarták a 21 századi belső "desig" harmonikus békéjét). Végül eluntam a várakozást és eljöttem. Keresek egy "Retro" fiókot ahol tudom hányadik vagyok és kb mikor kerülök sorra.
The new account is really very trendy, but you go in and have no idea when you’re going. Employees seem to call customers completely by accident. In the 50 minutes I spent waiting I didn’t figure out what the next one depended on. Let’s say the loud aggressive customers lined up sooner (I think they disturbed the harmonious peace of the 21st century interior “desig”). Eventually I got bored of the wait and came. I'm looking for a "Retro" account where I know how many I am and about when I'll be in line.
