I think it’s a basic expectation that if the exchange rate differs from what we talked about earlier about the checking account, it will at least draw my attention to it. Confidence is lost here. Two weeks later, I called the center when the credit card for the new account was expected to be mailed. The clerk said that no card had been requested for the account, although we had discussed all the details of the card with the said bank clerk.
