★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A biztonsági őr udvarias (köszönt!!!) és segítőkész (nem nem tolakodó) volt. A várakozóhelyen 3 szék volt, amelyek közül csak egyről látszott, de onnan sem volt hallható az ügyfélhívó tábla - de a biztonsági őr figyelt és segített. Az ügyintézés flottul ment, az ügyintéző hölgy gyorsan "képbe került", és korrektül intézte az ügyemet.
The security guard was polite (greetings !!!) and helpful (not intrusive). There were 3 chairs in the waiting area, only one of which was visible, but the customer call sign could not be heard from there either - but the security guard watched and helped. The administration went fleet, the clerk quickly got into the picture and handled my case correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Általában segítőkészek, most viszont munkaidő vége előtt háromnegyed órával az ügyintéző simán kijelenti, hogy nem akar ezzel foglalkozni, mert túlórában csúszna. Semmi kedvesség, vagy megértés.
They are usually helpful, but now, three-quarters of an hour before the end of working hours, the clerk smoothly declares that he does not want to deal with this because he would slip overtime. No kindness or understanding.
