Aki nem akar asztalt borigatni, ne menjen! :)
Customer service (style, manners) is pathetic, the clerk is under-educated, unaware of current laws, unfortunately not even with Erste's own system.
If you don't want to set a table, don't go! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Többszöri alkalommal bizonyították szakmai tájékozatlanságukat. Legutóbb direkt bementem a fiókba, hogy tájokaztassanak egy bizonyos szolgáltatás díjtételéről. Azt mondták díjmentes, végül több mint 12.000 Ft-ot terheltek be. Ha tehetem, messze elkerülöm ezt a fiókot.
They have proven their professional ignorance on several occasions. I recently went directly into my account to be informed about the charges for a particular service. They said it was free, in the end they charged more than 12,000 HUF. If I can, I will avoid this account by far.
