★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dolgozók elvannak kényelmesedve, nem törődnek a ügyfelekkel. a 10- es pultnál ,egy olyan kis hölgy ül, akire rá van írva ,, mi a fenének jöttél ide....Nincs megfelelően betanítva... 29 -es a pecsét száma...... Katasztrófális bank, nem csodálkoznék ,ha a fiókot örökre bezárnák
Workers are comfortable, do not care about customers. the 10-inch counter, a young lady sitting on whom it is written on it ,, what the hell are you here .... not properly trained ... 29-inch seal numbers ...... catastrophic bank, do not be surprised if the drawer is closed forever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragédia......nem értem a fiókvezető miért nem figyel a visszajelzésekre. Szerettünk volna segítséget kérni téves utalás miatt, helyette kiküldött a fiatal ügyintéző, hogy hívjuk fel a központi számukat....nem tudtuk eldönteni ilyen szinten ostoba vagy rosszindulatú de valószínűleg 2:1-ben nonszensz....itt is 5 ügyfelezőből kettő dolgozott a többi röhögcsélve a telefonját nyomogatta, az egyik mikor elment tőle az ügyfél felállt és oda szólt a várakozónak, várjon mert ő most kávézni megy.....nyilván ezt itt megengedhetik maguknak minden következmény nélkül......
Tragedy ...... I do not understand why the account manager is not paying attention to the feedback.
