Egy ügyfél van bent az egész fiókban, míg a befizetni érkezőknek dolgavégezetlenül kell távozniuk egymás után. A Google.n sem találtam erre vonatkozó tájékoztatót, hogy ez be lett vezetve, az van beírva, hogy hétfőn nyitva 17 óráig. Így is sok az ügyfél délelőtt, ez miatt pedig most még többen fognak csoportosúlni covid ide vagy oda! Nem tetszik a bankok ezen új rendszere. Külön köszönet Szilviának, aki végtelen türelmével és pozitív hozzáállásával a lehetetlennek tűnőt is megoldotta. Az ember 20 percet vár sorszámmal a kezében, úgy, hogy nincs ügyfél az ablaknál, ahova menne...a biztonsági őr megy oda szólni a "kedves" kolleginához, hogy amúgy várnak rá, ugyan hívja már oda szerencsétleneket. Nem egyszer jártunk így, egy egyszerű ügyet 2 nekifutásra sem sikerült elintézni még így sem. Ilyennel még egyetlen fiókban sem szembesültem...többet be nem teszem a lábam, megyek inkább másikba. A pénztár nyitvatartását ca. 15 perce keresem az interneten,mivel az nem azonos a fiók nyitvatartás idejével. Customer focus / relationship has been, and still is, absurdly weak.
