★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite rude. I went to buy tobacco on Wednesday, 11th of May at 5pm, and there was a lady and a guy. I asked for a tobacco which they didn't understand English. The guy in a very rude way said. English in England, Edinburgh... Here not! And laughed to the lady in a mocking way. When I was about to leave that rude guy said something in his language and did like a gesture of 'go, get out of here' and laughed even louder. I found him extremely rude and it gives an extremely bad reputation to the tourist of the cities. I was about to use the translator but because of the way I had been treated, I left instead.
If there is an owner of the company, I would highly advice him to investigate CCTV, cameras as it is so pitiful and embarrassing the way that guy who was talking with that lady, it seems his friends, treats the customers.
