Soha nem tudjuk mikor jönnek vízórát olvasni, ezért "becsült" horror számlákat kapunk..Máskor úgy védekezik telefonon az ügyfélszolgálatos hogy sajnos nem tudnak akkor jönni amikor nekünk is megfelelne mert nincs elég emberük... Felháborító és több mint 700 ft/m3-ért pont nem is érdekel... ?Szomorú hogy szolgáltatónak nevezi magát egy ilyen cég. Miért kell nekem 2 havonta felhívni őket és új számlát kérni??? ???
Billing Back, Not Correct !!! We never know when to come to read water meter, so we get "estimated" horror bills..Otherwise, customer service defends by phone that unfortunately they can't come when it would suit us because they don't have enough people ... Outrageous and over 700 ft / m3 not even interested ... hogyIt is such a company that is called a service provider. Why do I have to call them every 2 months and ask for a new invoice ??? ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ügyintézés kritikán aluli, számlázás, amennyit gondolnak, számolni nem tudnak, több órás személyes, ügyfélszolgálaton töltött idő után sem, reklamációs levélre nem válaszolnak! Mindent olyat számláznak, amire nincs is szerződés! Felháborító! Visszaélnek a monopol helyzetükkel! Sajnos nullát nem lehet adni!
Administration is below criticism, invoicing, as much as they think, they can't count, they don't respond to a letter of complaint even after several hours of personal time spent in customer service! They are billed for everything for which there is no contract! Outrageous! They are abusing their monopoly position! Unfortunately, zero cannot be given!
