B	Blatmany Vagyok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az vasútállomás felszereltsége jó, akárcsak az utazó kocsiké is. DE! Az alkalmazottak , legalábbis a jegykiadókat minősíteni nem tudom! Rájuk az 1 * értékelés is túl sok. Sajnos nem lehet negatív csillagot adni, pedig azt érdemelnék, a tapasztalataim alapján. Hosszú lenne leírni a történteket, de ha valaki kéri megteszem. Eddig kétszer volt velük dolgom, de mindkét alkalommal iszonyatosan rossz tapasztalatom volt velük szemben. Megértem, hogy nehéz jó alkalmazottat találni, de hogy ilyen pocsék embereket tegyenek ügyfelekkel való kapcsolattartásra, ezt megérteni nem tudom. Lehet, hogy a fizetésükkel nincsenek megelégedve és ez váltja ki belőlük az ellenszenvet, de kedves hozzáállás és intelligencia hiányba szenvednek. Igyekeztem ezt az értékelést visszafogottra venni és hát ennyire sikeredett. The train station is well equipped, as are the passenger cars. BUT! Employees, at least I can't rate ticket issuers! For them, a 1 * rating is too much. Unfortunately, you can’t give a negative star, though I deserve it, based on my experience. It would be long to describe what happened, but if someone asks me to do so. I’ve dealt with them twice so far, but both times I’ve had an awfully bad experience with them. I understand that it’s hard to find a good employee, but to put such lousy people in touch with customers, I can’t understand that. They may not be happy with their salary and this will provoke resentment in them, but they will lack a kind attitude and intelligence. I tried to restrain this evaluation and so it was so successful.
A	Attila Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vonatpótló buszt semmi az ég világon nem jelzi. A vonatot takarító kedves hölgytől lehetett megtudni a busz indulási helyét. A vak sötétben egy árva tábla sem jelezte azt, hogy vonatpótló busz indul és persze azt sem, hogy honnan. A külön jó, hogy nem esett az eső, merz fedett beálló sem volt. There is nothing in the sky about the replacement bus. The lovely lady cleaning the train knew where the bus was departing. In the dark of darkness, no orphan sign indicated the departure of a replacement bus and, of course, where it was from. The good thing was that it didn't rain, there was no covered parking.

Bizony, messze vannak még a befejezéshez, viszont, ami elkészült, az tetszett nekem és remény van rá, hogy a most még "hátralékkal" is így leszek. Az építkezéssel járó kellemetlenségek további elviselésére biztatom az állomást rendszeresen használó utasokat! Sajnos, az efféle, pénzben nehezen kifejezhető "költségek" is a beruházás velejáró kiadásai, amit az utazóközönséggel nyelettetnek le (fizettetnek meg). Ez így volt eddig is és így marad ezután is - meg kell érteni! Aztán majd elfedjük ezt a rosszat is, viszont az eredmény, ami ott marad: a szebb, a korszerűbb, biztonságosabb és remélem utasbarát Vasútállomás. Az esztergomi vasútállomáson a pénztárnál kértem ki a jegyem és kérdeztem meg, h melyik állomáson áll meg a vonat. Amíg a jegyemet kiadta volna, simán megoszthatta (szintén) volna ezt a csepp információt. Helyette: Miért érdekli? Nézze meg a neten. Minek itt vásárolja meg a jegyét? Ha nem tetszik, vegye meg az autómatából. ? Jogos, megvettem az autómatából, viszont a pénztáros akkor is paraszt volt. I have met such a primitive, malicious treasurer! At the Esztergom train station, I asked for my ticket at the box office and asked at which station the train stops. A	Amish Agarwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ small neat and clean station but its location is poorly planned. Quite a walk from the city. Public transport inaccessible for tourists as the bus drivers are rude and don't know a single english word. The railway staff is equally rude and does not know how to talk to people. Hungarian railways, please teach your staff some hospitality
I	Ilias Voridis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esztergom train station. The doors are automatic so you don't have to touch handles and it has ticket machines to buy your ticket instead of wait in the line. It's quite nice and clean.
