Miért vannak akkor ott a recepción traccs party van meg rityegés a k...va életbe abba bele!!!????!!! Ezért kapják a fizetést,hogy fére tegyék a telefont!! Taps jár nekik!??????
Today I called them at the reception about 10 times to ask for an appointment at the ear for my 3-year-old girl, which rang 7x, but they don't answer !!! Why are you there at the front desk there is a party party? That's why they get paid to make half the phone !! They applaud! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Először jártam ott,meglepődtem,kedvesen fogadtak,minden kérdésemre kielégítő választ kaptam,végre segítenek rajtam,már évek óta keresem azt a helyet,ahol emberként bántak velem! Nagyon tetszett a tisztaság,naprakészség,kár,hogy nem korábban jöttem ide,jobb későn,mint soha!
I was there for the first time, I was surprised, they were kindly received, I got satisfactory answers to all my questions, they finally help me, I have been looking for the place where I was treated as a person for years! I really liked the cleanliness, up-to-dateness, it's a shame I didn't come here earlier, better late than never!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ügyeleti ellátásnál sikerült rossz tapasztalatot szereznem. Megértem,hogy túlterheltek, de akkor sem engedhetnék meg maguknak, hogy így beszéljenek a betegekkel. Azt is megértem, hogy esetleg félnek a vírustól,de akkor sem mondok ilyet egy betegnek,idézem: "majd ha valaki feldobja a lábát a családjában, meggondolja, hogy beoltatja-e magát." Tudtommal mindenkinek szíve joga,hogy beoltatja-e magát. Illetve még nem is tették kötelezővé az oltást.
Lényegében jobban foglalkoztak azzal,hogy bevagyok-e oltva vagy sem,mint a problémámmal. A "kedves" asszisztens hölgy modoráról ne is beszéljünk.
Lehet,hogy sokan így gondolják,hogy mi oltatlanok "veszélyesek" vagyunk, de egy egészségügyi dolgozónak nem kéne ezt hangoztatnia, főleg nem ilyen stílusban.
I managed to have a bad experience in on-call care. I understand they are overwhelmed, but even then, they couldn’t afford to talk to patients like that. I also understand that they may be afraid of the virus, but even then I don't say that to a patient, I quote, "then if someone raises their leg in their family, they'll think about vaccinating themselves." As far as I know, everyone has a heart right to be vaccinated. Or vaccination has not even been made mandatory.
In essence, they were more concerned with whether or not I was vaccinated than with the problem. Not to mention the manners of the "kind" assistant lady.
Many people may think that we are unvaccinated "dangerous," but a health care professional should not say this, especially not in this style.
