Not answering calls, emails nor online forms. Real professionals. Just the fact that there is no timetable available on their website whatsoever. I prefer to pay 5 euro more and travel with bigger and more reliable companies.

It was an amazing service from start to finish. They responded straight away to all of my queries and were able to provide me with total cost of the trip which wasn't the case when I was getting a quote from elsewhere. Avoid at all costs! Trust me, I should have listened to the other reviews. Canceled our transfer from Budapest to Split 2 hours before the scheduled pick up (4:59am) Seems like this has happened before to other people and now Aron (eurobusways)will not respond to any emailed or messages about returning our money. We had to make other arrangement and it ended up costing us twice the amount and we lost a night in Split. Save your money and book with a reputable source.

Easy and fast communication through WhatsApp. I was picked up quickly after landing at the airport in Budapest by a friendly driver who spoke English very well. I was very happy with the short notice private transfer from Banská Bystrica to Budapest I booked with Eurobusways. I had to urgently attempt the booking during a weekend and was not sure if I will succeed and the company will be checking their email. Despite that and the 8 hour time difference between us the booking was confirmed and they also were extremely accommodating when I asked to change the address of destination on the day of the transfer. My mom, who the transfer was for, had a very comfortable and pleasant ride. The driver kept in touch with me and communicated changes in ETA. I will definitely use Eurobusways again.

Very happy with my last-minute private shuttle transfer from Split to Budapest. Professional, quick, and genuinely friendly throughout. Much better than figuring out a car rental myself - I would hire again!
