★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ott dolgozó "úriember" egyáltalán nem vevőközpontú,lenézi a vásárlót, segítőkészsége egyenlő a nullával: "Fingom nincsen, hogy miről beszél. Ne raboljuk egymás idejét!" Mondattal fejezte be a beszélgetést. (Szerinte nem tudok pumpàlni, abban tud esetleg segíteni, hogy ha beviszem a kereket, felpumpàlja helyettem - felháborító!!!)
The "gentleman" who works there is not customer-centric at all, he looks down on the customer, his helpfulness is zero: "I don't have a finger to talk about. Let's not rob each other's time!" He ended the conversation with a sentence. (He thinks I can't pump, maybe it can help him that if I take the wheel in, he'll pump it up for me - outrageous !!!)
