T	Tiborné Szegedi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falcsiszoló zsiráfot rendeltünk, ami garancia időn belül meghibásodott. A visszaküldés után hetekig nem volt infó. Többszöri telefonálás után, egy hónap múlva azt az infót kaptuk, hogy " Valószínűleg meg van rendelve hozzá az anyag és javítják". Majd másfél hónap után kaptunk egy emailt, hogy a hiba nem garanciális! Még nem rendeltek hozzá semmit, amúgy is komplett motor álló és forgórészt kell cserélni. (Forgórész hibásan ment vissza a gép, stb.) de jelezték, hogy az árajánlat, ami indulásnak sem volt kevés még emelkedhet, ha találnak még valamit. (????) Jeleztük hogy ezt nem tartjuk korrektnek, mire azt mondták, csütörtökön a szervizes kolléga mindenképpen felhív. Persze ez sem történt meg. Kiderült, hogy nem garanciális a meghibásodás, amivel nem is lett volna problémánk, amennyiben az nem 1,5 hónap után derül ez ki, amíg persze nekünk ez a gép kiesett... A garancia elvesztése a fej cseréje miatt volt, mivel átalakítottuk a gépet, egy Festool fejet raktunk rá a gyári puha szivacsos fej helyett. Nem az a gond, hogy visszautasítanak egy garanciális javítást, hanem az, hogy másfél hónapig nem foglalkoznak a problémával mielőtt visszadobják és cseppet sem zavarja őket. A falcsiszolót november 6-án vitte el a futár, 1 napos szállítással és az ajánlatot pedig december 22-én kaptuk meg. We ordered a wall sander giraffe, which failed during the warranty period. Then after a month and a half we received an email that the error was not guaranteed! Nothing has been assigned yet, anyway complete engine stationary and rotor needs to be replaced. (Rotor erroneously went back to the machine, etc.) but it was indicated that the price offer, which was not a bit of a departure, could still rise if they found something else. (????) We indicated that we don’t consider this to be correct by the time they said Thursday the service colleague would definitely call. Of course, that didn't happen either. It turned out that the defect is not guaranteed, which we would not have had a problem with, if it has not been revealed after 1.5 months, until of course this machine has fallen out to us ... The loss of the guarantee was due to the replacement of the head, as we redesigned the machine , a Festool head was placed on it instead of the factory soft sponge head. The problem is not that they refuse a warranty repair, but that they don’t deal with the problem for a month and a half before they are thrown back and don’t bother them in the slightest. The wall sander was taken away by the courier on November 6, with a 1-day delivery, and the offer was received on December 22.
