★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy hete nem tudja az ügyfélszolgálat megmondani, merre jár a megrendelt áru. 2-3 munkanap szállítási időt ígértek, már a 6. munkanapnál tartunk. 4 napja úton van az áru. Honnan küldik, hogy még mindig úton van? Soha többet nem rendelek innen semmit.
Kiegészítem azzal, hogy már 2 hete nem történik semmi, senki nem tud felvilágosítást adni, fogalmuk sincs semmiről az ügyfélszolgálaton. Csak tudnám, akkor minek ülnek ott.
For a week, customer service has not been able to tell you where the ordered goods are going. 2-3 working days delivery time has been promised, we will be working on the 6th working day. The goods have been on the road for 4 days. Where do they send you from on the road? I will never order anything from here again.
I would like to add that nothing has been going on for 2 weeks now, no one can give information, they have no idea about anything in the customer service. I just know why they're sitting there.
