★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fülhallgatót mentünk vásárolni. A választék okés, van egy pár darab. Viszont a drágább termékekre rá van írva hogy nem vállalnak "szálszakadásra" vagy bármilyen más, gyakori, olcsó fülhallgató hibára garanciát. Akkor mire szól a garancia egész pontosan? Ha bármilyen természetes hibára nem vállalnak garanciát, mert az összest kihúzták a ráragasztott címkén, akkor mire a garancia?
Egy drágább, 5 000 – 12 000 Ft-os terméknek miért is van ilyen gyakoribb hibája? Mert ha nem lenne gyakori, nem lenne kiírva. Tehát mi a különbség ez, és az olcsó termék között? A minőség kontroll hiánya, miért is a vevő hibája? Mert kinában készült, azért. Tehát kidobok 12 000Ft-ot egy selejtért. Röviden. Így legyen bizalom a termék iránt.
Arról nem beszélve, hogy Auchan-ban visszaadták a pénzt, és soha többé nem veszek ott se fülest, mert mind tönkremegy fél éven belül, de vajon itt, visszaadják a pénzt? Mint új vevő, tudni fogom hogy megbízható a cég ilyen szempontból? Most 4 csillagot adtam, de meglátjuk. Ha itt is vissza kell hoznom a terméket, nem csak fülest, de hűtött se veszek. Örülnék ha nem engem büntetnének a termék és a bolt hibái miatt.
 We went to buy earphones. The selection is okay, there are a few pieces. However, more expensive products are said not to be warranted for "fiber breakage" or any other common, inexpensive headphone failure. So what exactly is the warranty about? If any natural defects are not covered by the warranty because all of them have been removed from the label, what is the warranty?
Why does a more expensive product worth 5,000 - 12,000 HUF have such a more common defect? Because if it weren’t common, it wouldn’t be listed. So what is the difference between this and a cheap product? Lack of quality control, why is it the buyer's fault? Because it was made in China, that's why. So I'm throwing out 12,000 HUF for a scrap. Short. So have confidence in the product.
Not to mention that the money was returned in Auchan, and I will never buy ears there again, because they will all be ruined within half a year, but will the money be returned here? As a new buyer, will I know how reliable the company is in this regard? I just gave it 4 stars, but we'll see. If I have to bring the product back here, I won't buy not only ears, but refrigerated ones. I would be happy if I was not punished for product and store defects.
