J	József Balka (Jozef) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az öt csillag, a siófoki üzlet nek szól. Az eladók nagyon kedvesek gyorsak voltak, tudták hogy miről beszélnek. Viszont a telefonos ügyfélszolgálat az egy katasztrófa az operátornak fogalma nem volt szinte semmiről annyit tudott válaszolni a kérdéseimre hogy menjek le az adott üzletbe és ott kérdezzem meg. Én úgy gondolom hogy egy áruházláncnál ez nem megfelelő magatartás semmilyen szinten. Illetőleg hogyha nekem kell az adott áruházban megkérdezném, akkor nem tudom hogy miért nincs az adott áruházhoz tartozó telefonszám miért csak a központi ügyfélszolgálatot lehet tárcsázni. A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat jó esetben egy csillag! The five stars are for the Siófok store. The sellers were very nice fast, they knew what they were talking about. On the other hand, telephone customer service was the concept of a disaster for the operator, there was almost nothing he could answer my questions about to go down to that particular store and ask questions there. I think in a department store chain, this is inappropriate behavior at any level. Or, if I have to ask in that particular store, I don’t know why I don’t have the phone number for that particular store, why I can only call the central customer service. Telephone customer service is a star at best!

It’s hard to park (there’s no private parking) and you have a bit of a sense of chaos inside. The product I went to was on the website, but it really wasn’t.

Az ügyintéző elnézést sem kér, csak közli veled, hiába vársz a termékedre. Természetesen ezért is nekem kell hívni őket. Egyetlen pozitívum, hogy gyorsan felveszik a telefont. After 10 days of crediting, my paid order was canceled, even though the product was still in stock in 44 stores, and of course when I bought the product it was even in stock online. The clerk doesn't apologize either, he just tells you in vain that you're waiting for your product. Of course, that's why I have to call them.
