Beautiful hotel. Modern design. Excellent services. Parking included in price. Check out is possible later. A staff were friendly. Only breakfast could be better(omellet wasnt good, more fresh vegetables, cold pancakes) I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice area of Budapest, with close amenities in all directions. The hotel also has a decent Gym and Sauna/Steam room that you need to call the reception to turn on if you want to use. Rooms are good , however windows cannot be opened to air the room and it does become stuffy... Paula from the Reception was extremely helpful during our stay. The reason for 3-3.5 Starts, is we had a very bad check in experience. Where we had to wait in the underground parking for 20 minutes, No one explained to us that there are stairs that also can be used. If the staff were just a little bit more informative about everything, the hotel could be a Decent 4/5 or even a 5/5. I do recommend the hotel due to all of the above, however do remember these minor issues, as they do impact the hotel experience.

Perfect location, beautiful building inside and outside but most importantly impeccable service! I have been staying at the hotel 3 times for several days in the last month and every time the whole experience been perfect. Thank you for the entire team for the efforts and special thanks for Mauro for the great coffee at breakfast!

Similar to a number of reviews here we had some mishaps with staff and service. One night the fire alarm even rang. While this was brief it was extremely startling at 3:30am. No explanation or apology from the hotel. We spent most of that night awake trying to calm down my fiance who has a heart condition. The hotel was nice and clean but I would recommend any number of other 4 or 5 star hotels nearby instead of this one

This is where you need to stay when visiting Budapest. It’s very reasonably priced, well located steps away from the metro, tram and bus. Such a beautiful, very clean, new, hotel. I stayed at other hotels in this chain and this is by far the most elegant. The rooms look just like the photos. The bathrooms are so nice and modern. Rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The hair dryer is nice. Water pressure in the shower is strong. The toilet paper is 10/10. Lots of wall plugs, including usb plugs, next to the bed and around the room. I love the over sized towels and robes. Front desk is very friendly, always greet you, always smiling. Trained like a 5 star resort. They went out of their way to help me. Sauna area is clean, relaxing, and has two rooms with different temp settings. Breakfast is 7/10. Cons The a/c is controlled at night and you can’t lower it yourself. Terrible on humid nights when you want to cool down. You can change the thermostat to 18° but it will never cool below 24.5°. Too warm for me at night. One thing I did notice is someone that the manger, each time I saw him, he was just standing to the side, not interacting with guests and not assisting the front desk during busy times.

Lovely new hotel in the city center. One or two mishaps with the staff, the sauna not being turned on when we had requested it but nothing so bad to bring it down from 5 stars. Lovely room Lovely breakfast and for the price a lovely experience. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself its very nice, good interior design, super clean, a wide range of products for breakfast and quite close to some of the main attractions of the city. It has everything you need for a Budapest holiday. It would be a place I would recommend and visit again.

Great, new hotel in a very convenient location within the embassy district of Budapest. Staff was very friendly, service excellent, facilities very good. The rooms were well designed, clean and quiet. They have an underground car park (free of charge so the time of my visit), sauna, breakfast room and courtyard seating available. The selection of wines at the bar was also excellent. Recommended!
