★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szkeptikusan álltam a munkálatok megkezdéséhez, mivel ezidáig sajnos Magyarországon csak negatív tapasztalattal gazdagodtam, gondolok itt a szakértelem hiányára és az itthoni munkamorálra.
Ehhez képest, kellemesen csalódtam az EVB Építő Kft. szakértelmében és a munkálatok kivitelezésében.
Minden tekintetben megvagyok velük elégedve, csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek, aki gyors, precíz és igényes munkát szeretne pénzéért cserébe.
I was skeptical about starting the work, because unfortunately so far I have only gained negative experience in Hungary, I am thinking of the lack of expertise and the work ethic in Hungary.
Compared to this, I was pleasantly disappointed with the expertise of EVB Építő Kft. And the execution of the works.
I am satisfied with them in every respect, I can only recommend it to anyone who wants a fast, accurate and demanding job in exchange for their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az EVB nem viccel, ha minőségről van szó. Ebből kifolyólag nem is olcsók, de korrektek, rengeteg tapasztalattal rendelkeznek és 4 év teljes körű garanciát adnak a családi házaikra! Azért az elmond valamit.
EVB is not kidding when it comes to quality. As a result, they are not cheap, but fair, they have a wealth of experience and offer a 4 year full warranty on their family home! That's what it says.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Korábbi (2 hónap) értékelésem óta semmi extra változás. Decemberben elérik az 1 ÉVES csúszást az átadásban a kifüggesztett táblájuk alapján! Az már minőség! A szomszédok teljesen kivannak, mivel +1 éve tűrik a felfordulást és a zajt. Kívánom mindenkinek, hogy próbálja ki, milyen 20 méterre az ablakától két éves időtartamban egy építkezés!
1-1 munkás dolgozgat heti 1-2 napig. Festegetnek egy kis korlátot, tereprendezgetnek, aztán eltűnnek a területről. Tulajdonképpen pofátlanul húzzák az időt. Majd novemberben akarnak járdát építeni HA HA ! Szóval, mivel csak 1* lehet adni nekik, továbbra sem érdemelnek többet.
No extra changes since my previous (2 months) review. In December, they will reach the 1 YEAR slip in the handover based on their posted sign! That's quality! Neighbors are completely out of it, as they have been tolerating upheaval and noise for +1 year. I wish everyone to try what 20 meters from the window in a two-year period of a construction site!
1-1 workers work 1-2 days a week. They paint a small railing, landscap, and then disappear from the area. In fact, they drag time cheekily. Then in November they want to build a sidewalk HA HA! So since only 1 * can be given to them, they still don’t deserve any more.
