★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legjobb edzőterem Szegeden! Több helyen jártunk már, de ez lett az abszolút befutó. Személyi edzés zajlik, maximálisan odafigyelnek és ellenőrzik az edzést, ami külön előny, hogy gyermekeket is be lehet vinni magunkkal. Diétában is tudnak segíteni.
Első alkalommal felmérés történik, valamint a célok átbeszélése, ami szintén nagyon hasznos.
Van trx, power plate gép, boshu labda, futópad, gumiszalag, medicin labdák, súlyzók. Igen változatos és remek edzésterv szokott kialakulni egy-egy alkalomra!
Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek, aki eddig nem mert belekezdeni vagy aki nincs megelégedve ahol most edz! Itt tuti meg lesz elégedve! ??
