Зняли з карточки гроші і не відчинили двері коли ми приїхали, нам прийшлось серед ночі шукати інше житло Пройшло декілька місяців, дзвонили власнику, декілька раз обіцяв, що поверне, в результаті не повернув і не бере від нас трубки I do not recommend in any case !!!!!!! (На букінгу не вказано обмежень щодо реєстрації) Коли ж ми прибули, рецепція була зачинена і на дзвінки ніхто не відповідав, через букінг не відписували. Тому вночі ми залишились без житла. Гроші зняли сповна, а ніякого сервісу не надали. І повернень не було. На запит щодо повернення коштів - обманюють і затягують процес. За 2,5 місяця грошей так і не повернули. Bezzeg amikor előleget kellett fizetnem (bookingon helyszínen történő fizetést jelöltembe) akkor jajaj utaljak minél előbb mert lemondják! Napokban jelzést teszek a navnál és a bookingon is. L	László Balaton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very bad, the wifi didnt load anything. They said there will be a washing machine, but there wasnt. The kitchen equipment was very bad. The advertisement promised there will be a free pool IN the hotel. But we had to walk at least 15 mins to get to the pool because it was in another street and hotel. Again the wifi was written down on a paper with the password, but it was uncorrect so we had to guess the password, and it wasnt still good quality. The beds were really uncomfortable. The room had AC and that was good.

We booked those apartments via Booking and the money were purchased immediately by the host, Also we informed the host that our arrival will be at 1 am, but when we arrived the door was closed and the host didn’t pick up the phone. We were forced to looking for new apartment in the middle of night! After several months of discussions with booking support no one returned us our money, because the host didn’t confirm returning of purchased money
