I booked a room in for my brother by my credit card in sep 8 to 10 , the hotel reservation email me that they web is temporary freeze can not charge my credit card, when they arrived in hotel my brother pay one night in cash; change their mind in stay in Budapest,with negotiate, PROVED ONE NIGHT, but they charge my credit card one night also, when I talked with hotel manager they denied everything, DO NOT TRUST WITH THIS HOTEL GUYS,

Nice place to stay in Budapest. Very center located. Few minutes to parliament. 5 min walk to Istwan cathedral and District with restaurants . Huge rooms and very comfortable bead. Aldi is in The same building.

This well secured and well appointed hotel is located right behind the Parliament Square in Pest part of Budapest. A little difficult to locate at first, it offers good enough stay. Breakfast, however, is best arranged by oneself. Easy access to trams and buses. Bus 16A leaves from a distance of nearly a kilometer which takes you across the Chain Bridge to the Buda side.

Very very nice place. We went as a couple and it was very romantic. Book in and out were so easy. We found the room very clean and tidy. Awesome customer service with friendly staff and excellent communication skills and fast respond time. I will return for sure and highly recommend this hotel for everyone. Great location the river, shops and also restaurants are nearby. Thank you

We called a week ahead to check if we could leave our luggage (total of 3 weeks travelling, 2 very heavy suitcases) as we arrive in Budapest at 7 am and check in is not until 2 pm. We were told it would be fine as the cleaners are in the building so once we call the office on arrival, they would let them know to let us in so we can enjoy the one day we have in Budapest without having to drag the luggage around. We arrived and was told by the office that they don’t know the phone numbers of the new cleaners so we cannot leave the luggage and need to come back at 2 pm, which is not what we agreed. You don’t know the contact number of your employees? We then stayed in the area until check in. When we did check in at 2 pm and mentioned our disappointment with the early luggage drop off mess up from their side, we were told that the receptionist has the mobile number of the cleaners and it would have been very easy for us to leave the luggage in the morning. So we wasted half our our day because of them, what a mess!! The rooms were not cleaned properly - we did not even use the kitchen and it was very dirty. Wallpaper coming of the walls and just taped to keep it together. Really uncomfortable pillows. It was so hot in the apartment and no air con was provided, none of us could sleep all night. They did provide fans which blow cold air from one side but are loud and blowing hot air if in use from the other side which misses the whole point. We opened the windows to blow the hot air out as a last resort to be able to get any sleep but this apartment is on a main road so was even louder... it was a horrible night for all of us and we didn’t sleep the night before due to travelling so not a great day... I recon you’re better off sleeping on a bench next to the Danube. Don’t waste your money or time.
