After applying for the position, there was a test and then an interview, which was successful. I would add that it was not smooth either, because they were not called at the agreed time, I had to ask if there would be an interview. Then they said they would be successful and forward my application to the employer and there will be a second round of interviews. We talked in advance one Wednesday at 4pm and that they would indicate the details. After 4pm on Tuesday, I called them that they haven’t written yet and they haven’t called, how will tomorrow be? By the time it was announced that there would be no interview tomorrow, because reading experience and / or a degree in electrical engineering and / or technical drawing would be required. Is that so? I said no because there is no such thing at all in the description of the position. To this they were told that then unfortunately it is unlikely that we will be able to go any further but they will ask the employer if they are still interested? I said they could call, but in my eyes the company had jumped back a lot now. They said they would definitely give a feedback on Friday no later than Monday. It's been a month. Unfortunately, they were very unprepared and incompetent. The only positive is that the lady who was interviewed was kind.
