D	DragonKnight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A futár 1-szer volt itt, pont akkor mentem el pénzt levenni a kártyámról, mert máskor nem tudtam. Telefonon nem hívott hogy itt van, emailt nem kaptam. A 8 éves öcsém egyedül itthon volt, a futár meg a zárt kapun bejött és bekopogott az ablakon hogy csomagot hozott nekem. (Öcsém megijedt mert egyedül volt otthon és egy idegen férfi volt az udvaron) Mondta neki az öcsém hogy elmentem a pénzért, mindjárt jövök de a futár meg sem várt, hanem elment. Azt láttam a csomagkövető weboldalon, hogy én az árut nem kérem ezért vissza viszi a feladónak. Holott, nem is találkoztam a futárral vagy beszéltem vele. Emailt még azután sem kaptam. A hozzáállásuk se segítőkész. Képtelen voltam miattunk lemondatni egy csomagot és olyan online felületen rendelni , ahol nem ezzel a futárszolgáltatóval szállítanak. There is no worse courier service than this, you were unable to pick up the parcel on a second try, and I can't find it (especially if someone orders tens of thousands by advance) to leave the bundle. Sorozatban nem kapom meg a csomagom sikertelen kézbesítés címen, de az összes elérhetőségem tudják... a futár persze soha nem veszi fel a telefont, ami meg van adva az értesítőben. Sajnos sok esetben nem lehet megválasztani a szállító céget ha rendelek. Érdekes, hogy más cég esetében ide találnak... N	Nikoletta Erdős on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Annyira rugalmas a flexible delivery szolgáltatásuk, hogy hiába módosítja az ember a kiszállítás dátumát egy nappal későbbre, a futár önkényesen törli azt és odaadja a csomagot egy vadidegennek. Erről persze, csak úgy szereztem tudomást, hogy másnap vártam volna az e-mailt, hogy mikor érkezik a küldemény, de már ott szerepelt egy aláírt átvételi elismervény a csomagkövetésnél, pedig ezidáig még nem sikerült utaznom a jövőbe... Most rohangálhatok utána, hogy mikor van épp otthon az az illető aki megkapta az én csomagomat... D	Dániel Antal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Futár bunkó volt, a megjegyzés rovatot az ügyfélszolgálat és a raktárosok látják a futár nem, annak ellenére, hogy jelentkeztem a csomag átvétele érdekében, visszaküldték az árut a második átvételi kísérlet után(a kettőből egyik sem az Én hibámból adódott, mint előbb leírtam, értelemszerű lenne a megjegyzés rovatot a futárnak is látnia.) Kis cég, kis emberekkel.. Courier was a jerk, the comment box is customer service and the warehouseers see the courier is not, even though I applied to receive the package, the goods were returned after the second pick-up attempt (neither of the two was my fault as described earlier, it makes sense the courier would also see the comment box.) Small company with small people ..

Bármikor rendeltem csomagot, a pesti központból másnap hajnalban már az itteni depóban volt a cucc; azután teljes rádiócsend. Napokig nem történik semmi. Csomagkövetésnél minden egyes alkalommal a következő napot jelölik meg kiszállítás dátumának napokon keresztül, de volt, hogy hetekig! Egyik csomagra már égetően szükségem volt, egy hetes várakozás után inkább beültem az autóba és elautóztam Debrecenből, hogy én hozzam el azt. 40 perc... hogy lehet ezen másfél-két hétig tökölni egy futárszolgálatnak?! Minden áldott alkalommal..! Értem én, hogy drágul a benzin, de ha akkora probléma az ~5000Ft útiköltség oda-vissza, hogy nem mernek elindulni félig megrakott furgonnal, különben csődöt kell jelenteni, váltsanak profilt... legyenek dátum közlő szolgálat. Mert az ő csomagkövető rendszerükbe belépve mindig megtudom, hányadika lesz holnap. Disaster delivery from the depot in Nyíregyháza! Whenever I ordered a package, the stuff was from the Pest center the next day at the depot here; then complete radio silence. Nothing happens for days. For parcel tracking, each time the next day is marked as the delivery date for days, but it was for weeks! I already needed one of the packages, after a week of waiting I got in the car and drove from Debrecen to bring it. 40 minutes ... how can a courier service work for a week and a half or two ?! Every blessed time ..! I understand that petrol is getting more expensive, but if the ~ 5000Ft round trip cost is such a problem that they don't dare to start with a half-loaded van, otherwise they have to file for bankruptcy, change their profile ... have a date service. Because when they enter their parcel tracking system, I always know how many will be tomorrow.
