Material damage occurred because I did not receive the package on time, so 1 star ....

I also received 2 emails that I will receive a package in x days. The package would have been very important, I was working when the first email arrived but I told my roommate that the courier would come and I also gave him the exact amount so that there would be no problem. The courier did not come, did not ring, did not call, and I was given my phone number. I was home when the second email arrived, but it didn’t ring, it didn’t call.
