Messziről el kerüljük az egész extrametalt!!!!! A központ honlapja viszont kamuzott a December 30.-ai nyitvatartás tekintetében. Ugyanis nem volt nyitva. Ezt is az európarki kollégától tudtam meg. Az különleges és példás dolog történt velem ami olyan ritka ma már sajnos kis világunkban, hogy példaként és örömforrásként mindenképp meg szeretném osztani.   Van nekem 7-8 éve egy profi kovácsolt vas konyhai késkészletem egyenesen Solingenből, Németországból. Több mint 10 éve használok Wüsthof késeket a legnagyobb megelégedettségemre amit mindig a legnagyobb itthoni forgalmazótól az Extrametáltól vásárolok. Fél éve arra lettem figyelmes, hogy bár a pengék tökéletes állapotban vannak, a markolatok műanyag borításai elkezdtek repedezni és tönkremenni. Hiába tettem meg mindent ápolás és tisztántartás szempontjából, az idő és a használat sajnos nem kímélte őket. Így gondolta elkezdek a forgalmazóval, ők pedig általam a gyárral levelezni, hogy mit lehetne tenni, mert szeretném felújítani a készletem, hogy további évekig szolgálhasson a konyhában, hisz egy ilyen hibáért bőven nem érdemli meg, hogy lecseréljem természetesen. Elkezdődött a témában a kommunikáció amiben sok opciót és lehetőséget is felvetettünk a kívánt cél érdekében közösen, megmondom őszintén már ez is örömmel töltött el minden tekintetben. Végül arra jutottunk, hogy a legjobb az lesz ha majd a pontos elképzelés után kiküldjük a gyárba a késeket és ott rehabilitálják őket. Egyszer csak jött Annától a magyarországi Extrametál képviselet kereskedelmi igazgatójától egy levél, hogy mikor tudnám bevinni a késeket hozzá? Leegyeztettünk egy időpontot , tegnapra és legnagyobb meglepetésemre kaptam egy teljesen új készletet a gyártótól!!! ??? …. no meg egy 2020-as katalógust nagyon okosan ? ….. a szándék és a hozzáállás megvehetetlen és megfizethetetlen ebben a világban!  Vajon hazafelé nem a katalógusból nézegettem, hogy mik legyenek a következő darabok majd az életemben amiket meg szeretnék vásárolni? Half a year ago, I noticed that although the blades were in perfect condition, the plastic covers on the grips began to crack and break. Although I did everything in terms of care and cleanliness, time and use unfortunately did not spare them. So he thought I’d start with the distributor and they would correspond with the factory about what could be done because I would like to refurbish my inventory so that it could serve in the kitchen for years to come, because for such a mistake it doesn’t deserve much to replace of course. The communication on the topic has started, in which we have raised many options and possibilities for the desired goal together, I will honestly say that it has already filled me with joy in all respects. A Messenger kapcsolatukon fél nap míg válaszolnak! Volt ez jobb is,mostanra csak halvány emléke önmagának...
