★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kifejezetten jó látni ahogy változik az épület arculata és kinézete, amikor elsőnek beléptem az új változtatások után azthittem egy másik épületbe jöttem, 10/10 csak így tovább.
 It’s especially good to see how the image and look of the building changes, when I first entered after the new changes I thought I came to another building, 10/10 just so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A piros metró Örs Vezér téri végállomásánál található irodaház 2021-ben felújításon fog átesni. Megújúl a design és a msűzaki tartalom.
Az épület a régió legfontosabb közlekedési csomópontjában fekszik, az Árkád és a Sugár bevásárlóközpont, a metró- és buszállomás, valamint több villamosjárat is közvetlenül elérhető, míg az épületben is találhatók boltok, szolgáltatások, illetve egy modern fitneszterem is.
A szinteken kisméretű irodáktól, cca. 1500 m2-es szobákra osztott szintekig több méretben lehet kialakítani irodákat.
