Udvariatlanok a nem törzsvásárlókkal, köszönést sem viszonozzák. An incorrectly given product and a defective product were no longer replaced for more than 8 days against an invoice. It would have been replaced within 8 days for a 10% surcharge. They are rude to non-regular customers, they don’t even return a greeting.

A megrendelőlapot saját magamnak kellett kitöltenem, nem kaptam szakmai segítséget, emiatt nem a megfelelő módon vágták le a kívánt terméket. Ezek után senkinek nem ajánlom jó szívvel ezt a céget. Azoknak azt üzenem: Más lapszabászaton sem szolgálnak jellemzően fél táblánál kisebb táblaméretre szabászatot. Olyat találni, hogy maradék anyagot is kitesznek, s azt a méretet meg lehet venni, vagy abból vágatni kisebbet. Olyant is láttam, hogy vállalnak vágást hozott anyagra de dupla áron. Akinek csak egy kis polc ilyesmi kell, annak javaslom az OBI-t vagy a Praktikert. Egy szűk szín választékból nem túl olcsón lehet ott is vágatni. Saját hozzávetőleges adataim szerint kb.: 1 négyzetméterig az jön ki olcsóbbra. Az felett érdemesebb Lapszabászaton vágatni, s a maradékot eltenni. Én teljesen korrekt, figyelmes kiszolgálást kaptam. S amiért most itt vágattam most anyagot: Egy meglévő szekrénysort akartam kiegészíteni, s ahhoz a színhez legjobban hasonlító színt itt találtam. (Néztem több helyen is.) My opinion is positive.
